We have 2 ovens, 80 metres and 65 metres of conveyorised tracks dealing with predominately mild steel, zintec and galvanized products. Our capacity is dependent on component configuration, we are able to powder coat 7 meters in length, 1 meter in width, and a height of 1.8 meters with an individual weight of up to 250kgs.
With prior notice of goods coming in we aim to have a turnaround of 48 to 72 hours. This is also dependent on batch size.
We are willing to provide an initial sample free of charge, therefore we get to look at your products and you get to see our quality finish without any monetary obligation.
